This is the kind of café I love in San Francisco: calm, “intimiste”, great staff and a beautiful view dominating the city. It is really the neighborhood cafe of Potrero Hill with all its attributes. Customers have known each other for a long time and chat about the news, their vacation, their family (babies, weddings, family visiting from out of town etc…), and their dogs are outside waiting for the owners to come back with some sweets. It truly feels like you are in your living room sharing your breakfast with your neighbors. Everybody knows everybody. It is great I think to feel like home 3 blocks away from work. |

Recently installed at the top of Nob Hill, this café was a perfect fit for this area. I was living for 4 years there and that was missing so much. A very nice, simple and comfortable café. People here work on their laptop, enjoy the sun outside or relax to some great live music during the weekends. It is a great neighborhood café. You feel like it is yours. Melody is doing everything she can to make you have a relaxing time. Her staff is awesome and the exhibitions they have are always very interesting. One of my favorite spot, if not my favorite, for sure. |
